The Kia EV9 is still one of the few electrified vehicles on the market that offers a third row, giving larger families an option that doesn’t need gasoline. A 99.8 kWh battery pack provides a range up to 489 kilometers, while power output comes in at 379 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque. As more three-row electric family haulers hit the market, the Kia still stands out thanks to unique looks and spacious interior.

Juror’s Opinion – Matt St-Pierre had this to say on Motorillustrated.com:
“While this will sound obvious, not having to fill the SUV with petrol, certainly helps the budget. Good’ol electricity is relatively cheap in Quebec so charging will cost a fraction of the price of a tank-full of petrol, leaving more room for frequent ice cream stops and feed for the animals at the petting zoo. So far, I’m preferring the 2024 Kia EV9 Land AWD’s ride over that of the previously tested GT-Line. I won’t go so far and say that I favour it to that of an equivalent ICE SUV, however. Time will tell and I will dig into this a little deeper in the coming weeks and months.”
